COVID-19 Update

  • Are you still taking and shipping out orders?
  • Yep. We are shipping out orders as normal. 

  • Should we expect delays?
  • Nope! We currently aren’t experiencing any delays. 

  • Are you processing returns and cancellations?
  • At this time, we’re following our normal returns & cancellations policy. You can check it out here.  

  • What protective measures are you taking to ensure the health of your customers?
  • We’re working to make sure all shipments are as safe as possible. In doing so, our warehouse has taken the following precautions to lower risk.

    • Increasing the number of routine cleanings throughout the day. 
    • Regularly sanitizing facilities
    • Spacing out lunches and breaks so fewer employees occupy same spaces
    • Enforcing proper hand washing habits.
  • What protective measures are you taking to ensure the health and safety of your employees?
  • While we don’t currently have retail spaces, our small but mighty team have all been working from home. We realize this is a privilege that not everyone is afforded, and plan to do our part at social distancing and flattening the curve.
